The 3rd International High end Forum on Green Plant Protection Technology Innovation

On the morning of September 26th, the 3rd International High end Forum on Green Plant Protection Technology Innovation was held in Taiyuan. The conference revolves around the theme of "immune induced resistance, green development", inviting domestic and foreign academicians and experts to give keynote speeches and conduct academic exchanges, focusing on the prominent contradictions and hot issues of green plant protection technology, discussing the latest achievements in crop immune induced resistance theory, new technology, new methods, and new varieties, accelerating the innovation and application of green plant protection technology, promoting the development of green plant protection technology, and providing reference for high-quality green development of agriculture. Six academicians and over 200 renowned experts, young teachers, and graduate student representatives from six countries attended the conference.

This conference is hosted by Guizhou University, the American Journal of Agricultural Food Chemistry, the American Journal of Pesticide Management Science, the American Journal of Pesticide Physiology and Biochemistry, the Pesticide Control Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the China Pesticide Industry Association, the China Plant Protection Society, and the China Pesticide Development and Application Association. It is organized by the Shanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Shanxi Agricultural University, and Shennong Technology Group Co., Ltd. Academician Chen Wenfu from Shenyang Agricultural University, Academician Song Bao'an from Guizhou University, Director of the Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Supervision Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Xiao Fang, Second level Inspector of the Planting Industry Management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Li Jianwei, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of the China Pesticide Industry Association Li Zhonghua, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Yao Jiguang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of our university Zhang Qiang, and Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shennong Technology Group Ju Zhen attended the opening ceremony. Li Jianguo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of Shennong Technology Group, presided over the opening ceremony.

Guest Speech

Li Zhonghua, President of the China Pesticide Industry Association, and Ma Ruiyan, Vice Dean of the School of Plant Protection at our university, presided over the conference report. Thirteen domestic and foreign experts and scholars gave a series of special reports on the discovery and molecular targets of green pesticides and their mechanisms of action, innovation and application of plant immune regulation technology, research, management, application status and development direction of green pesticides, and the integration of immune technology and crop health.
