会议介绍


为深入践行“一带一路”合作倡议,加强绿色植保领域新技术、新成果的国际交流与合作,第六届国际绿色植保技术创新会议暨中国—斯里兰卡农业科技文化交流周将于2026年1月18至24日在斯里兰卡首都科伦坡举行。本次大会以“绿色植保创新驱动农业可持续发展”为主题,特邀全球知名专家学者作主旨和专题报告,共同探讨领域前沿进展与未来趋势,为学术界、产业界及青年研究者搭建高层次交流平台。

本次大会邀请斯里兰卡总统、多个部委主要官员,中国驻斯里兰卡大使,以及 5 位多国院士、60 余位包括中国国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、长江学者在内的国家级人才、30 余位国际知名植保专家,与近 700 名青年学者齐聚一堂,围绕绿色植保技术创新、中斯农业合作、文化教育交流等议题,开展深入交流与研讨。大会将通过高水平的国际学术交流,分享植物保护新进展,探讨绿色植保新理论,共创绿色防控新技术,为中斯两国农业绿色转型及全球农业可持续发展提供科技支撑。此外,交流周将通过“青年学者沙龙与产学研对话论坛”、“共话联合实验室建设”、“茶园漫步”等多层次、多维度的交流活动,搭建两国农业科技合作新平台,共创绿色农业发展新未来。

会议背景

        国际绿色植保技术创新会议(International Conference on Green Plant Protection Innovation)作为全球植保领域的重要学术交流平台,始终致力于推动全球农业植保科技工作者的深度合作与创新对话。会议聚焦植物保护学科前沿,系统展示绿色植保技术领域的最新研究进展,通过高水平的国际学术交流,深入探讨绿色植保新理论、新技术与新方法的创新突破,加速绿色防控技术的研发与应用,为全球农业可持续发展和绿色转型提供科技支撑。自2018年创办以来,本会议已成功举办五届,先后落地海南博鳌、贵州贵阳、山西太原、山东青岛和湖北武汉等城市。经过五年发展,大会已成长为具有国际影响力的专业学术会议,累计吸引来自中国、美国、英国、澳大利亚、意大利、瑞士、新西兰、芬兰、斯里兰卡等20余个国家和地区的300多位院士、专家、行业领袖及企业代表参与。与会代表通过深入交流,共同推动植保科技创新,为全球农业绿色高质量发展贡献智慧。本次以“绿色植保创新驱动农业可持续发展”为主题,首次走出国门,选址“东方十字路口”斯里兰卡首都科伦坡。作为重要创新亮点,本次会议将纳入中国—斯里兰卡农业科技文化交流周的核心议程。此次海外首秀不仅标志着会议国际化进程迈入新阶段,更将为全球植保科技创新注入新动能,开启国际合作新篇章。

        中国—斯里兰卡农业科技文化交流周 斯里兰卡作为古代海上丝绸之路的重要节点,享有“印度洋明珠”的美誉。在“一带一路”倡议框架下,中斯两国在农业、科技、文化、教育等领域的合作不断深化。为进一步深化中斯两国农业科技合作与青年人才交流培养,中国—斯里兰卡茶叶绿色防控技术“一带一路”联合实验室将组织开展首届“中斯农业科技文化交流周”系列活动。本次交流周期间将举办第六届国际绿色植保技术创新会议、青年学者沙龙与产学研对话论坛、中-斯茶叶绿色防控技术联合实验室研讨会及田间示范观摩等系列专题活动。

        中国—斯里兰卡茶叶绿色防控技术“一带一路”联合实验室是由科技部批准立项建设的国家级平台。实验室中斯双方的科技合作始于2016年,实验室聚焦中斯两国山地茶园有害生物绿色防控技术需求,旨在建立研发-示范-转化平台,为“一带一路”国家的民心相通提供坚强科技支撑。目前,联合实验室已成功搭建起中国和斯里兰卡的多所高校及企业的深度合作。中方依托单位贵州大学与外方依托单位佩拉德尼亚大学将携手共同引领,中国华中师范大学与斯里兰卡国家茶叶研究所等作为重要的参建单位将为实验室的发展注入强劲动力。联合实验室还增设了中国青岛清原作物科学有限公司、斯里兰卡瓦扬巴大学、科伦坡大学等作为合作伙伴成员,未来将不断拓展和吸纳更多中方及外方单位共同建设,充分发挥各成员在茶叶绿色防控技术领域的优势,为实验室的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。实验室将着力打造具有国际影响力的科技创新中心和成果示范推广基地,努力为“一带一路”国家的民心相通提供坚强科技支撑。
